Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We will make every effort to dispatch orders placed online within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Standard post parcels should arrive within 5-10 business days. Express post parcels should arrive between 2–4 business days. 

Please note that parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no-one there to collect them. To ensure safe and on-time delivery, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address or place of business. 

SHIPPING RATES

We will offer both Standard Post and Express at these rates based on weights:

0 - 0.5kg Standard delivery = $ 8.50   Express delivery = $11.50

0.5 - 3kg Standard delivery = $13.50   Express delivery = $16.00                  

3 - 5kg+ Standard delivery = $18.00   Express delivery = $25.00
